Due to the nature of Body By Bri® products, All sales are final, unless an error occurred on the behalf of Body By Bri®. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. No returns will be accepted or discounts provided for missed 'on sale' or 'promotions.'If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service (USPS) at 1 (800) 275-8777. Body By Bri® does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

We ask for a minimum of 2 business days for processing. Once processed your order will be shipped via USPS within 2 business days.  You will receive a tracking number. Please allow 10 Business Days for delivery. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.  When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information. Please note that due to the backlog at USPS, some tracking updates may not appear until the package is out for delivery. Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate from your shipping.
